    David Scheffer was the first U.S. Ambassador at Large for War Crimes Issues and negotiated the creation of five war crimes tribunals. He led the U.S. delegation in U.N. talks leading to the establishment of the International Criminal Court.

  • Vitaliy Goncharuk

    Vitaliy Goncharuk is the Founder and CEO of 12New.Ai (A20Lab), an AI company focusing on legal, compliance, and enterprise automation. He was a member of the Ad Hoc Committee on AI at the Council of Europe.

  • Andrew Cheatham

    Andrew Cheatham is the Director of JusTech, having previously led work on disruptive technologies and conflict at the United States Institute of Peace (USIP). He is Chief Counsel and Managing Director of Pragmatic Panic Legal and Social Services.
