Andrew is an accomplished attorney and former UN official, adept at navigating legal challenges in intricate conflict and crisis situations. He has Maintained a public interest solo legal practice since 2010, and is now specializing in immigration, family and housing law in Washington, D.C. and New York.
Nicole L. Cochran

Senior Associate
Nicole is a comparative lawyer trained in mediation with a decade of experience in foreign law research. After working in conflict environments, she is now using her skills to inform her practice of immigration law. She holds a LLM in Comparative Law from McGill University and is licensed to practice in Virginia.
